Our Intensive Outpatient Program is comprised of psychoeducational group therapy, coupled with individual therapy and case management, to teach interpersonal skills, emotion-regulation skills, and pro-social coping skills. This group teaches how to use our Ten Lifestyles that are necessary to attain and sustain sobriety while creating a social environment needed to heal from the underlying root causes that led to maladaptive behaviors of substance abuse. This level of care provides an array of group and individual services that develop internal motivation to build the healthy, balanced, holistic, sober lifestyle that everyone deserves.
Mental Health Group explores ideas and experiences that impact mental health to provide a deeper understanding of how to move toward stabilization, wellness, and healing. The group process is structured to encourage a greater understanding of ourselves while developing a greater appreciation of others. The focus of the group is on gaining skills to increase confidence for self-expression and authenticity while learning how to support others in ways that allow individuality, emotional safety, and wellbeing.

Open to the public — van leaves at 7:30am for Racing for Recovery members. This group assists in building external supports and resources within the community to develop and heal the spiritual self. With the support of case management, we help to create lasting connections in the community with an area church to help sustain the spiritual support needed for a life of balanced sobriety. Van pickup between 5:00-5:30 from Racing for Recovery.
